UOVMHL is working on plans for an Under 21 division for the 2024-2025 season. This would be a non-body contact division with primarily games and fewer practices. To assist with planning, allocating ice, and recruiting coaches within the Associations, we would love to hear from you.

Note that by completing this survey you are not registered - you are simply showing interest in participating in the Under 21 program. Registration for the Under 21 division will be conducted at the same time as each Association's regular registration process.
