Game Incident Reports
Hockey Easter Ontario has prepared a video that explains the process for submitting a Game Incident Report (GIR) into TTM.
For officials, remember that a GIR needs to be submitted within 24 hours of the game. A GIR needs to be submitted for any Misconduct, Game Misconduct, Gross Misconduct, & Match penalty. GIRs should also be submitted for other incidents like spectator ejection, player or official injury, etc.
