When cancelling a game due to weather be sure to contact the opposing teams coach or manager and advise them that you will not be traveling. A Reschedule Request must also be submitted to notify the division convener, however do not rely on the convener seeing it in time to approve it on short notice.

A reminder to players, coaches, and parents that UOVMHL has a rule that a player receiving ANY three penalties in a house league game will be ejected upon receiving the third penalty (a double minor counts as one penalty). This is in addition to the game ejection rule within Hockey Canada for three stick or head infractions.
