Upper Ottawa Valley Minor Hockey League

A reminder to players, coaches, and parents that UOVMHL has a rule that a player receiving ANY three penalties in a house league game will be ejected upon receiving the third penalty (a double minor counts as one penalty). This is in addition to the game ejection rule within Hockey Canada for three stick or head infractions. 

Hockey Eastern Ontario presents each week an Officiating Program series highlighting Hockey Canada rules to provide education to players, coaches, officials, volunteers, and spectators.
